Your Pre-season Family Checklist

1: Registration is a 2 step process. Both must be completed in advance of tryouts. 

1a. Please visit: https://students.arbitersports.com/programs/cchs-athletics-2025-2026-spring to register your player with the CCHS Athletic Office (required). Players must be cleared to try out in advance of tryouts. Instructions for the medical release form are also on this website. Please don't wait to the last minute to get cleared for try outs. The tool (Arbiter) is new this year so please be patient with the data collection process. You do need to follow the registration process to pay the athletic fee even if your player participated in a sport earlier this year.

1b: Please register your player for our Spring Tryouts: https://www.cherrycreekbaseball.org/program/cherry-creek-baseball/7395 (required). This year registrations will be $0 and families will not be asked to pay the CCDC program fee until the player receives an offer letter to one of our teams. 2: Field Day 2/21/2026

Mark your calendars to help out with Field Day 2/21/2026 (or weather back up of 2/22) where we ready the Varsity Field, Dugouts, and Press Box for the season ahead. Parents are needed to help with tasks - bring your toolboxes!
