Varsity Baseball Itinerary

FLIGHTS

Flight Itinerary- Southwest Airlines:

 Tuesday, March 17 – Flight # Southwest 2171 to Phoenix – Depart @ 3:30 pm/Arrive in Phoenix 4:30 pm

Saturday, March 21st – Flight # Southwest 418 to Denver – Depart @ 9:00 pm/Arrive Denver 11:45 pm 

Arrive 2 hours before departure.  Bring Driver’s License, School ID, Passport, or Proper Identification.  Coaches/Administrator will be available at the airport to assist with Check-in.

Boarding passes will be issued at the airport, but group boarding groups will be already be assigned 24 hours before travel. Two checked bags are allowed plus one carry-on and one personal item. Please review Southwest and TSA policies.

OTHER LOGISTICS

Uniforms:  Bring game uniforms

Practices: Both white/grey pants, practice t-shirts, lightest jerseys (mesh or CC for scrimmages), sleeves, baseball cap, cleats, equipment, sunscreen, water bottles.

Spending Money: Players need to bring additional money for meals and grocery items for the week. Hot breakfast is included at Homewood Suites.
