Cherry Creek Baseball Sponsorship Program

The Cherry Creek Bruins baseball program and the Cherry Creek Diamond Club thank you for considering becoming a Sponsor! Not only will you reach LOYAL and LOCAL customers but you will be part of the legacy of Cherry Creek Baseball by helping to provide quality equipment, facilities, and coaching. Our program and coaching staff are dedicated to developing amazing young men throughout our community through the sport of baseball.

There are two options for on-field signage opportunities: Scoreboard (limited to 4 - first come first serve) and the outfield fence. Packages include:

• Full-color scoreboard banner (9’ x 4’) displayed year-round
• Outfield Banner (8' x 6') to be displayed on the outfield wall and seen by students, faculty, and guests year-round
• CCHS has 5 teams playing home games in the spring at Tom McCollom Field (schedule permitting)
• Summer and fall tournaments are additionally played at Tom McCollom Filed during the non-high school season by club/travel teams.
• Website banner ad to be displayed on:
• CherryCreekBaseball.org
• Click and direct Website link from on Cherry Creek Baseball's home page for 1 year.

Scoreboard Sponsorship Package - 1 year: $1,000

Outfield Fence Sponsorship Package - 1 year: $600

Sponsorship renewals after year 1 are offered at a reduced rate.

2026 agreements and payments must be completed by February 15th, 2026 for the banner to be hung from March 1st, 2026 - February 28th, 2027. Please contact the CC Diamond Club board with all sponsorship questions at board@cherrycreekbaseball.org

Rockies Vouchers are our #1 Fundraiser for Cherry Creek Baseball. Last year we raised $12,000 which is incredibly meaningful to support the basic annual operations of our non-profit program. This year our goal is to raise $20,000. If every player family were to purchase or sell 10 vouchers we would easily meet this goal! Our participation in this program allows our Varsity Team to play one game at Coors Field.

The CC Diamond Club board will coordinate group sales opportunities like selling at King Soopers as a team which can be a very efficient and easy way to meet the 10 vouchers/player goal.

Please help support Cherry Creek Baseball in their upcoming season AND support your Colorado Rockies by purchasing ticket vouchers. These vouchers are $50 and can be redeemed for 2 tickets(worth $100) to over 70+ Colorado Rockies home games. Buy your vouchers now and pick the game you want to attend later. This fundraiser will allow Cherry Creek Baseball the opportunity to play at Coors Field on April 17th and help raise funds to fulfill our Master Plan objectives.  TICKET VOUCHER REDEMPTION INFO

•  Each voucher includes a unique offer code for 2 tickets to select Rockies home games.
• Vouchers are redeemed online only at ROCKIES.COM/HSBB for 76 eligible games.
• Vouchers allow you to choose your preferred game and select your own seats.
• Game tickets can be accessed using the Ticketmaster App after voucher redemption.
• Vouchers can only be redeemed for either 1 or 2 seats per transaction.
• TO REDEEM MULTIPLE VOUCHERS:
• Complete the checkout process with each voucher. Repeat steps for all vouchers.
• After redeeming each voucher you should make a note of your seat location and then select the adjacent seats using next voucher (max 16 tickets per email address).
•  GROUPS OF 17+ TICKETS:
• Please contact the Rockies directly to reserve group seating. Reserve a block of tickets in advance. Final quantity is due 2 weeks before the game.
• Physical tickets can be printed and mailed to school or customer.

• *SPECIAL OFFER: Order 500+ tickets to a specific game and receive a complimentary 20-person suite. Suite dates are subject to availability.
