WINTER WORKOUTS
Below is the planned Winter Workout Schedule. Depending on the player's grade and/or position, they will not necessarily participate in each event. Note Fridays and Sundays grade classification to see which days apply.
FRIDAY
7-9 PM at Prospect Park
Due to expected large numbers of participating players, we will likely split into two groups (7-8 pm and 8-9 pm)
SATURDAY
7-10 AM at Slammers
Seniors and Juniors: 7am-8:30
Sophomore and Freshman: 8:30-10am
Pitchers: 7:45-9:15 (more information below)

1-4 PM at CCHS
Group 1: 1-2:45 pm

FEE: $600 Position Players. $300 Pitcher Only Players use WWPO2026 discount code. Players who volunteered at the youth camps last Spring contact Coach Smith for discount code prior to registration.
Pitchers and Catchers: If you are a Pitcher Only or Catcher only, make sure you designate this during registration. If you are a pitcher or catcher and a position player, make sure you designate those other positions as well.
Pitchers: Saturday is our “pitching day”. Pitchers Only will come on Fridays and get their PFP and infield work done. They will have a designated group assignment on Saturdays and come in at their time which will fall between 7:45-9:15. If a pitcher is also a position player they will still go to their group and then transfer to pitching at these times.
On Sundays, pitchers need to come to the team activity period.
We are aware that the majority of pitchers at the JR and SR levels are in some sort of throwing program. We do not want to overwork these players so please make sure your pitching program is aware of the WW framework and contact the Coaching Staff with any questions. Pitchers, please note your pitching program and coach contact information during registration.
For players not in a pitching program, we will focus on those players specifically on Saturdays.
Catchers: Catchers (on Saturday) will go with their groups and then join the pitchers when necessary. We will ask cachers to stay a bit longer or come a bit earlier depending on the week.
All Players will receive two pairs of gym shorts and workout shirts. Players are expected to be in uniform for all Winter Workouts.
